I'm Brian. Hello. I am originally from Ohio but currently have taken a job and my life to North Carolina. Hickory to be exact, less than an hour from Charlotte if your interested.
I'm a newspaper designer and copy editor working for Media General. Although I live in N.C., I am currently designing two newspapers for South Carolina.
I have a background in Journalism and Graphic Design from Marietta College and Youngstown State University. Experience on a college newspaper for five years as well as the magazine there. Professional experience includes The Lima News, The Florence Morning News, The Hartsville Weekly Observer, The Lake City News and Post, The Review Newspapers, and the Vindicator.
I am currently employed at the Charlotte Observer.

Now that I am out of Warren I see that there are better places in the world. North Carolina is beautiful.
